Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 48 hours with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Unopened Items
Unopened and sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or approving a damaged or incorrect item claim.
